HEAD OF STAFF  -  An overseer of the management teams and makes sure things run smooth and fair. He does not handle the staff team, but the management team instead.


STAFF MANAGEMENT TEAM  -  The Staff Management Team handles recruitment, staff reports, demotions, kicks and everything related to the staff team.



COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT TEAM  -  Team of administrators with their own specific duties and roles. Besides these roles they also handle the community and they have the task of supporting staff managers.



  • Ban Manager  -  The ban manager handles the bans of the ex-staff members and makes sure that all bans are fair. If something is fishy or a player says that their ban was unlegitimate, the job of the ban manager is to investigate it.




SANR STAFF GROUP MANAGERS  -  They manage the staff groups and make sure they run properly.



Event Management Team (EMT) Manager  -  The duty of the Event Management Team Manager is to manage the EMT, which means the EMT Manager is the one who decides who can join BVT  and who can't join. The BVT Manager also makes sure things are fair in this team and the managers manage the events properly, according to the rules. If you have a complaint against any EMT member, contact the EMT Manager.


Base Verification Team (BVT) Manager  -  The duty of the Base Verification Team Manager is to make sure all BVT applications are regularly checked, to teach and recruit new BVT members and to make sure all applications are handled fairly and according to the rules. The BVT Manager is the one who decides who can join and who can't join the BVT team and the one who should be contacted if someone has a complaint against any BVT member.



Property Mapping Team (PMT) Manager  -  The duty of the Property Mapping Team Manager is to handle the PMT and make sure all the properties are mapped according to the rules, and if they aren't according to the rules, to remove the properties and refund the money to the owner. If you have a complaint against any PMT member, feel free to contact them.
